My name is Maggie: founder of The Mindful Mama. I am a Birth & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher. I support women and families through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood with calm, continuous and personalised care.

The journey into motherhood is deeply personal. There is no one right way to move through it, but having the right guidance and support can make all the difference.

I believe birth is a sacred and transformative experience – one that deserves to be met with respect, trust, and unwavering support. I honor each family’s unique journey, knowing that pregnancy, birth and/or postpartum is never a one-size-fits-all experience.
 

My approach is rooted in informed choice, bodily autonomy, and the belief that every pregnant/birthing person deserves to feel empowered, confident, and deeply supported in their decisions. By blending traditional wisdom with evidence-based practices, I offer holistic, intuitive, and compassionate care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey.

Above all, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and loving space where parents feel truly seen, heard, and cared for – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My intention is to help families move through this transformative season with confidence, connection, and trust in themselves and their instincts.
