Regular Doula Service Package
With a birth doula package you receive the best maternity care. All packages contain what is listed below, the basic package can also be expanded with a placenta encapsulation, traditional belly binding or an additional postpartum nourishment package.
In this first session, we explore your birth preferences and the options available to you. We’ll talk about how labor works, what to expect, and how to feel confident and informed as you move toward birth.
The second session is all about hands-on tools and techniques. We’ll cover early and active labor support, including light touch massage, acupressure, moxa, hip squeezes, rebozo work, Spinning Babies techniques, and ways to support optimal birth positioning.
A calming massage tailored to your changing body. It helps release tension, supports circulation, and offers space to relax and connect during pregnancy.
Accessible via phone (WhatsApp & phone) to address any questions or concerns from 38 to 42 weeks.
A dedicated moment to reflect on your birth experience, ask questions about breastfeeding or recovery, and explore what support you need in the early postpartum weeks.
