As a Full Spectrum Doula, I support you through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, and the transition into parenthood. My role is to provide calm, continuous care, creating a space where you feel safe, informed, and supported.
I offer emotional support, physical comfort, and evidence-based guidance, helping you navigate your choices with confidence. Whether during labor, postpartum, or unexpected transitions, I remain a steady and grounding presence.
Research shows that doula support can lead to shorter labors, fewer interventions, and a more positive birth experience, while also supporting emotional well-being.
The word “doula” comes from ancient Greek, meaning “woman's servant.”
Regular Doula Package
A full-service package designed to support you through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum with comprehensive care. The included services are outlined below:
Introductory Meeting
- No-obligation online or phone call (free of charge)
- Optional in-home introductory meeting (€50, deductible from package if booked)
Pregnancy Preparation
- 3 personalised home sessions (approx. 2 hours each)
- Guidance in creating your birth plan
- Education and discussion of birth options
Pregnancy Support
- Regular contact throughout pregnancy for advice, reassurance, and questions
- Pregnancy or Postpartum Massage included
On-Call & Birth Support
- 24/7 on-call availability from 38 weeks
- Continuous support during labor and birth, until ~2 hours postpartum
- Guidance with comfort, positioning, and coping techniques

- Assistance with a concise birth plan tailored for hospital or medical birth
On-Call & Labor Support
- On-call availability starting from ~38 weeks (or as agreed for last-minute clients)
- Continuous support during labor and birth (including C-section support if needed)
- Guidance on pain management options and hospital procedures
Comfort Aids
- Support with positioning, relaxation, and coping techniques
